#FitReaders: Weekly Check-In





A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

February 13th - 19th:

  • Friday -- Two dog walks. 15 each crunches/squats/jumping jacks. 10,987 Steps
  • Saturday -- One dog walk. 9,888 Steps
  • Sunday -- Two dog walks. 15 each crunches/squats/jumping jacks. 10,257 Steps
  • Monday -- Two dog walks. 10,395 Steps
  • Tuesday -- Two dog walks. 15 each crunches/squats/jumping jacks. 10,815 Steps
  • Wednesday -- Two dog walks + 1 extra walk. 16,734 Steps
  • Thursday -- Two dog walks. 10,302 Steps
I didn't get the crunches, etc, in every day like I had planned, but I'm going to aim for at least 5 days next week.

  • Total steps for the week: 79,378 steps
  • Total miles for the week: 35.12 miles
  • Weight: No Change

Looks like a pretty good week! I think aiming for 5 days each week for the "other" stuff is a great goal! Keep up the good work!

Great job! I'm having a hard time doing the 30 day AB Challenge so I think I'll just schedule it on certain days during the week. Have a great week!!

Wow, you did really good ! I'm going to buy a pedometer next week, just out of curiosity. Keep up the good work ;)

Thanks. :) I use a FitBit, which I really love, but even a simple pedometer can really help you to see how much you move in a day!
