A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

March 27th - April 2nd:

  • Friday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, and jumping jacks. 10,774 Steps
  • Saturday -- Two walks. 11,142 Steps
  • Sunday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, and jumping jacks. 10,432 Steps
  • Monday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, and jumping jacks. 10,528 Steps
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, and jumping jacks. 11,340 Steps
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, and jumping jacks. 10,507 Steps
  • Thursday -- Two walks. 10,832 Steps



  • Total steps for the week: 75,555 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 33.44 Miles
  • Weight: Down 0.6 lbs

Yes, they're just around the corner. I'm both ready for the semester to be over and worried about actually taking my finals. The usual. :)
