  • Friday -- Two walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn. 12,184 Steps | 5.39 Miles
  • Saturday -- One walk. 6,939 Steps | 3.07 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --  Two walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,654 Steps | 5.16 Miles
  • Monday --  Two walks. 20 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,645 Steps | 5.15 Miles
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,506 Steps | 5.09 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,392 Steps | 5.04 Miles
  • Thursday --  Two walks. 20 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,986 Steps | 5.30 Miles 




  • Total steps for the week:  77,307 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 34.2 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 152 Minutes
