Here's my candidate for the week:

Zack by Sawyer Bennett
Publisher: Loveswept (June 9, 2015)
Series: Cold Fury Hockey, 3
Genre: Contemporary Romance (Sports)

New York Times bestselling author Sawyer Bennett goes for a hat trick with the latest romance in a sexy series about cool-as-ice hockey players and the women heating up their lives.

Rising star Zack Grantham has been stuck in a downward spiral of grief ever since the car accident that left him a single dad and put his career on hold. Back on the road with the Carolina Cold Fury and still crippled by emotional baggage, he’s in need of some serious help with his son. But while the nerdy new nanny wins his son’s heart, Zack isn’t sure he’s ready for a woman’s touch—even after getting a glimpse of the killer curves she’s hiding under those baggy clothes.

Kate Francis usually keeps men like Zack at a distance. Though his athlete’s body is honed to perfection, he refuses to move on with his life—and besides, he’s her boss. Still, the sparks between them are undeniable, tempting Kate to turn their professional relationship into a personal one. But before she makes a power play for Zack’s wounded heart, Kate will have to open him up again and show him that love is worth the fight.

Kame's Pick:

For Authentication Purposes by Amber L. Johnson
Publisher: The Writer's Coffee Shop (March 5, 2015)
Genre: Contemporary Romance

Dear Reader,

This book is not YA. Nope. It's for people 18+. It's humorotica. Silly smut. It's just...the acronym is FAP, people. If funny books with chapters and chapters of body contact is up your alley then maybe this is a thing you'd be down with.

***********

Dawn Sims has made a name for herself writing romantic fiction online. When she's pushed to try her hand at publishing, she thinks she has everything figured out. The only problem? She's never been in a relationship, especially one that has led her to finding The Big O.

So much for writing what you know.

Warner Green has had Dawn in his sights since she walked into his class in seventh grade. She broke his teenage heart not once, but twice, so seeing her in his night class at the local community college was an unexpected surprise.

Accidentally reading her bad erotica on her laptop was a blessing from the Smut Gods themselves.

It's clear she has no idea what she's writing about, but Warner does. In fact, he knows so much that he's willing to offer her his services. The deal is simple: teach the good girl from high school everything she needs to know to write from experience. If he gets to live out a fantasy or two that he's been harboring for almost a decade, then there's no harm in that either.

The lessons turn more heated, and Dawn begins to question where Warner has learned his skills, but he's not ready to talk, until his past comes back to haunt him at the worst possible time.

It shouldn't matter when it's for authentication purposes only

Kame: Okay something about the shoes in this one caught my eye and made me read the blurb – and that is what a good cover is suppose to do right?

TBQ: Definitely! :)

Pat's Pick:

Heated by Anne Marsh
Publisher: Anne Marsh (February 15, 2015)
Series: When SEALs Come Home, 4
Genre: Contemporary Romance

He sets her world on fire…

Mercedes Hernandez is a “nice” girl who follows the rules. As the new sheriff of Strong, California, she’s responsible for making sure everyone else follows those rules too. She’s also had more than her fair share of Mr. Wrongs in her life, so the big, rough, too handsome, always laughing smoke jumper who roars through her town going ninety in a thirty-five-mile-an-hour zone is a definite problem. Not only is he breaking the law, but he just might break her heart. Speeding tickets can’t make him behave…so it might be time to break out the handcuffs for a more personal lesson in misbehaving.

And tempts her to be so very, very bad…

Former U.S. Navy SEAL, smoke jumper and unrepentant bad boy of summer, Joey Carter loves fast bikes, hot women, and a good time because speed and pleasure drown the ghosts from the past. He’s never met a woman he wanted to slow down for, however, until he literally runs into the good sheriff of Strong, California. She’s sweet and sexy…and the more he acts up, the more she notices him. And he really, really likes the way she looks at him.

Joey may be on his second chance with the law—but he wants a first chance at love…if he can convince Mercedes to let down her guard and let him show her that he’d be happy to play by her rules…in bed.

I love Sawyer's cover. They are just so yummy especially her hockey series. The Anne Marsh covers makes me laugh. He's a good looking guy, but his face cracks me up. Here's why: Just look at his face. Oh my goodness it looks like he's up to mischief. Like he's the one who threw the cat in the tree, so he could rescue it and get your number at the same time. LOL.

LMAO -- I wouldn't put it past the guy to intentionally do that. :D

Sawyer Bennett's Cold Fury series all are delicious covers.

LOL! I know I don't look like that when I use my lap top.

Oh, cute smile on the firefighter.

Zack has such a mouth-watering cover :) I'm sorry to say that my favorite hottie on the cover of Heated is... the cat ! I never knew humorotica existed, I'm going to have to look this up. Thanks for sharing, ladies :)

Truth, the covers are all great!

I wish I could say cover #2 was a self-portrait, but I'd be lying and I don't want to be struck my lightning. LMAO

LOL The cat does kind of steal the scene, doesn't it?

Ooo Bennett does have some hot ones. Can so picture lightly doing your nails down that chest. Yum!
