A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

June 12th - 18th:

  • Friday --  Two walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn.  12,764 Steps | 5.65 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 10,498 Steps | 4.64 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --  Two walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn.  15,096 Steps |  6.68 Miles (Includes 2 hours weed whacking)
  • Monday --   Two walks. 32 minutes of Daily Burn.   12,550 Steps |  5.55 Miles
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.  23 minutes of Daily Burn.   12,637 Steps | 5.59 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks.  27 minutes of Daily Burn.  11,998 Steps |  5.31 Miles
  • Thursday --  One walk. 32 minutes of Daily Burn. Plus 2 hours of (lazy) swimming. 9.614 Steps | 4.25 Miles 

  • Total steps for the week:  85,157 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 37.67 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 170 Minutes
