  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 20,929 Steps | 11.57 Miles
  • Saturday --  One walk. 9,510 Steps | 5.27 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,263 Steps | 11.75 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 20,866 Steps | 11.55 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,600 Steps | 8.62 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,135 Steps | 11.68 Miles 
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,346 Steps | 9.07 Miles 

  • Total steps for the week: 125,649 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 69.51 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
