Now in the form of a podcast. AKA, me rambling about the books in your ear. :)

Read:

An Unsuitable Heir by K.J. Charles
October 3rd
Rating = 3 1/2 Stars

Enjoyed Pen and Mark together, and the writing is great. Solid end to the overall series arc. However, there were some issues with NB/trans (Pen) and disability (Mark) rep.

Highly recommend reading Corey's review for more info on the problematic elements

The Spymaster's Lady by Joanna Bourne
Narrator: Kirsten Potter
4 Stars

A few minor issues with some things (comment on her loss of virginity, her vision magically curing in the first bit of the book, etc.) but overall quite enjoyed this. Fantastic on audio!

Still $2.99! (ebook)

Cute, nerdy, and sexy. Truly a feel-good read that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I was just bored. I wanted to love it -- hello, Scotland! -- but I didn't care about the characters or story.
