Creating the cover for Beyond Addiction almost felt like cheating. A few months ago we wrote a story about Trix and Finn for our backers on Patreon, and I found this fabulous picture to make the cover for the short. When it came time to design this cover, it felt like cheating to reuse it—but I couldn’t resist.
It’s just…so Trix. The red hair. The perfect makeup. The necklace. The bodice. The fan! Trix’s burlesque dancing is a huge part of her character and something she loves to do, and having the opportunity to represent that so clearly on her cover—and on one that will be in print!—just thrilled me.
Once upon a time, two best friends decided to write paranormal romance. And while that was awesome, they also sometimes wanted to write insanely dirty stuff that wasn’t paranormal at all. This is that stuff.
