Becca Thorpe is fulfilling a dream by stopping in a small coastal town called Lucky Harbor and savoring it's beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.  It's everything she thought it would be and more.  Seems like a good spot to stop for while. She's running from family, their expectations, and her need to be herself.  She rents a very cheap room in a warehouse, and sets about making it her home.  Her place is down an alley from a business called Lucky Harbor Charters.  It is run by three very sexy men, one she has had occasion to "bump"into a time or two; she named him Sexy Grumpy Surfer. Her job is writing jingles for advertising agencies  and she has been getting the bottom of the bucket.  Her present one is toilet paper, but she has erectile dysfunction medications and feminine hygiene products in her near future. She needs a job, total failure as a waitress leads to Lucky Harbor Charters.  She meets Cole who is the captain and can fix anything mechanical, Tanner, he is a former Navy SEAL, now scuba instructor and communications expert, and of course Sexy Grumpy Surfer known as Sam. He builds boats and takes care of the financial aspects of the business.



Sam and Becca are immediately attracted, both have family issues they are trying to avoid, and a fear of commitment. Sam has a serious problem with the "L" word. The romance is sweet, hot and as with all Ms. Shalvis entertaining stories, funny.  The characters are amazing. We are reacquainted with Lucille, FB and Pinterest recorder of all things Lucky Harbor, Pink and Kendra the infamous twins and new resident Olivia, Beeca's neighbor and owner of the vintage shop.  I was captured immediately by this latest Lucky Harbor story and couldn't put it down.  I also have a sudden craving for ranch flavored popcorn!  If you love romance, with wonderful characters, hot sex and lots of laughs, this is the book for you.  I'm anxiously awaiting He's So Fine, Cole and Olivia's story.
