#FitReaders; Weekly Check-In





A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

February 27th - March 5th:

  • Friday --  Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks.  10,770 Steps
  • Saturday -- One dog walk + errands all day.  11,723 Steps
  • Sunday -- Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,032 Steps
  • Monday -- Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,233 Steps
  • Tuesday -- Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,521 Steps
  • Wednesday -- Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,025 Steps
  • Thursday -- Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks.  11,233 Steps



  • Total steps for the week: 76,537 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 33.88 Miles
  • Weight: No Change
