- Saturday -- One dog walk + errands all day. 11,723 Steps
- Sunday -- Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,032 Steps
- Monday -- Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,233 Steps
- Tuesday -- Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,521 Steps
- Wednesday -- Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,025 Steps
- Thursday -- Two dog walks. 15 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,233 Steps
- Total steps for the week: 76,537 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 33.88 Miles
- Weight: No Change
