Here's my candidate for the week:

Losing Control by Riley Hart
Publisher: Riley Hart (February 25, 2015)
Series: Broken Pieces, 3
Genre: M/M Contemporary

On the surface, Ben seems to have it all: money, influence, good looks. He smiles and jokes in all the right places, but it’s all a fa├žade. Inside he’s a wreck, and it’s only getting worse. With his Congressman father using Ben’s recent kidnapping for his own political agenda, and Ben still struggling to get over the only guy he’s ever loved, he feels like he’s losing his grip on reality and he’s quickly spiraling out of control.

Then he meets Dante, an enigma of a man with as much self-hatred as Ben has. In Dante, Ben finds what he didn’t know he needed: Dante’s control, his power, is the only thing that clears the fog in Ben’s brain. For the first time in his life, Ben has a lover who just might need Ben as much as Ben needs him. When they’re together, the demons from their pasts don’t lurk so heavily on their shoulders.

But Dante can’t fix him. Not when a memory from Ben’s past is haunting him in ways he doesn’t understand, waiting for him to put together the missing pieces in his head…and what he discovers just might have the power to break him for good.

Warning: light BDSM themes and mentions of abuse.

Kame's Pick:

Her Last Wild Ride by Abby Glines
Publisher: Cosmopolitan Red-Hot Reads from Harlequin (March 10, 2015)
Genre: Contemporary Romance

Some guys know just what a girl needs...

Fresh off a brutal break-up—with a guy who was running for the World's Biggest Liar—Ashling Sullivan has returned to New York City to start over. Priority number one is getting her new business started with her BFF, Jenna. Hence their strict no-guys pact. No dating, no sex, no exceptions! Until temptation walks into her brother's bar in the form of a really, really hot guy!
She must resist. She will resist. Except that Johnny Ryan, with his cool, edgy but brooding attitude (what is it with this guy?) and his so, so strong carpenter's hands, is six-foot-three inches of ripped, Irish sexiness that turns Ash into a puddle of lust in about half a second. Worse yet, he offers her a deal that she can't refuse?a down-'n'-dirty and wickedly hot two-week fling. Just one last ride before she gets down to business. No-one would know! Ash is definitely not thinking with her head or her heart when she agrees . . .

Because this thing with Johnny goes way deeper than just chemistry. And what started as a last, wild ride with a bad boy is definitely headed for major head-on collision...

Pat's Pick:

No One Like You by Kate Angell
Publisher: Kensington (April 28, 2015)
Genre: Contemporary Romance

No One Expects a Curveball

For Rylan Cates, the gloriously sunny beachside town of Barefoot William may be home, but the pro baseball player needs to focus on spring training. Hiring a personal assistant to keep him and his four dogs organized for the next eight weeks is the first step--and Beth Avery is the perfect pinch hitter.

Beth is still looking for her place in the world, and a couple months caring for Rylan's two dachshunds, his golden retriever, and a Great Dane named Atlas should shore up her finances before she moves on. Except it's Atlas who won't budge, pushing her toward tanned, scruffy, sexy Rylan every chance he gets. One more strike and she's calling the dog out--unless she and Rylan admit that the attraction they're feeling is a game-winning grand slam. . .

  1. Great covers...all of them. The top one I love....look at all that testosterone....*swoon*...not sure I will read it because I tend to be picky about m/m romance, it has to be done really well for me to be willing to try it. No One Like You is such a sweet cover...makes me want to go to the ocean and find a sexy man to share the beach with.

  3. Oh whoosh! I definitely want to read book one, but the cover is sizzling too. Girl power, v-room! I like seeing girls on bikes too. And look at the cutie one on the warm beach. Nice thought, Pat!
