- Sunday -- Two dog walks. 15 each: crunches, squats and jumping jacks. 10,400 Steps
- Monday -- Two dog walks. 15 each: crunches, squats and jumping jacks. 11,393 Steps
- Tuesday -- Two dog walks. 15 each: crunches, squats and jumping jacks. 11,203 Steps
- Wednesday -- Two dog walks. 15 each: crunches, squats and jumping jacks. 10,905 Steps
- Thursday -- Two dog walks. 15 each: crunches, squats and jumping jacks. 11,089 Steps
- Total steps for the week: 66.231 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 34.27 Miles
- Weight: No Change

They are -- they're always depressed when I have to skip a walk on Saturday!
