A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

April 10th - 16th:

  • Friday -- Three walks. 15,600 Steps
  • Saturday -- One walk. 10,200 Steps
  • Sunday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,743 Steps
  • Monday -- Three walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 15,058 Steps
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 10,668 Steps
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 20 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,120 Steps
  • Thursday --  Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,538 Steps

  • Total steps for the week: 82,927 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 36.68 Miles
  • Weight: No change
