- Saturday -- One walk. 10,200 Steps
- Sunday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,743 Steps
- Monday -- Three walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 15,058 Steps
- Tuesday -- Two walks. 10,668 Steps
- Wednesday -- Two walks. 20 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,120 Steps
- Thursday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,538 Steps
- Total steps for the week: 82,927 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 36.68 Miles
- Weight: No change
