A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

April 24th - 30th:

  • Friday -- Two walks. 11,757 Steps
  • Saturday -- One walk. 9,343 Steps
  • Sunday -- Two walks. 12,127 Steps
  • Monday -- Two walks. 10,519 Steps
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 20 each: crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,056 Steps
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 20 each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,452 Steps
  • Thursday -- Two walks. 11,466 Steps


Eh, not my best week, but I'll do better next time.


  • Total steps for the week: 77,720 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 34.38 Miles

  2. True! :) Sometimes I think I get hung up on the numbers, rather than the fact that I'm sticking to my daily walks, etc. Thanks!
