A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

June 5th - 11th:

  • Friday --  Two walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,352 Steps |  5.02 Miles
  • Saturday -- One walk. 8,076 Steps | 3.57 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --  Three walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn.  16,674 Steps | 7.38 Miles
  • Monday --  Two walks. 32 minutes of Daily Burn.   11,384 Steps | 5.04 Miles
  • Tuesday --  Two walks.  28 minutes of Daily Burn.   12,716 Steps | 5.63 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks.  27 minutes of Daily Burn.  11,884 Steps | 5.26 Miles
  • Thursday --  Two walks.  32 minutes of Daily Burn. 10,452 Steps | 4.62 Miles [Cut short -- rain all day]




  • Total steps for the week:  82,534 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 36.52 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 175 Minutes
