  • Friday --  Two walks.  19 minutes of Daily Burn. 13,695 Steps | 6.06 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks.  10,380 Steps |  4.59 Miles [DB Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Two walks.  38 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,038 Steps | 7.10 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks.  33 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,997 Steps | 6.64 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.   32 minutes of Daily Burn.  14,337 Steps |  6.34 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks.  14,507 Steps | 6.42 Miles [DB Rest day]
  • Thursday --  Two walks.  38 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,358 Steps | 6.35 Miles 







  • Total steps for the week: 98,312 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 43.5 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 160 Minutes
