- Monday -- Two walks. 33 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,997 Steps | 6.64 Miles
- Tuesday -- Two walks. 32 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,337 Steps | 6.34 Miles
- Wednesday -- Two walks. 14,507 Steps | 6.42 Miles [DB Rest day]
- Thursday -- Two walks. 38 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,358 Steps | 6.35 Miles
- Total steps for the week: 98,312 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 43.5 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 160 Minutes
