- Wednesday -- Three walks. 19 minutes of Stretching. 16,379 Steps | 9.05 Miles [DB Recovery]
- Thursday -- Three walks. 38 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,644 Steps | 8.66 Miles
- Total steps for the week: 105,587 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 58.35 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 193 Minutes
