  • Friday --  Three walks. 33  minutes of Daily Burn. 15,162 Steps | 8.38 Miles
  • Saturday --  One walk.  8,799 Steps | 4.86 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 38 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,248 Steps | 9.53 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 33 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,421 Steps | 9.07 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Three walks. 32 minutes of Daily Burn.  15,934 Steps | 8.8 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 19 minutes of Stretching.  16,379 Steps | 9.05 Miles  [DB Recovery]
  • Thursday --  Three walks.  38 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,644 Steps | 8.66 Miles 



  • Total steps for the week: 105,587 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 58.35 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 193 Minutes
