A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

June 24th - 30th:

  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 26,363 Steps | 14.75 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 11,938 Steps | 6.67 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,866 Steps | 13.78 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,648 Steps | 14.24 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Three walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,874 Steps |  13.81 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,856 Steps | 13.91 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,887 Steps | 13.8 Miles 


Sunday was my 6th 5K for June (3.2 miles).

Wednesday was my 7th, and final, 5K for June (3.3 miles).



  • Total steps for the week: 163, 432 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 90.96 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
