September 2nd - 8th:

  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 23,572 Steps | 13.09 Miles
  • Saturday --  Three walks. 23,639 Steps | 13.16 Miles 
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,351 Steps | 11.84 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,789 Steps | 12.61 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Three walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,779 Steps | 9.91 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,323 Steps | 12.45 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  21,444 Steps | 11.93 Miles 


Wednesday was my first 5K for September (3.4 miles).




  • Total steps for the week: 152,897 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 84.99 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
