- Sunday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,351 Steps | 11.84 Miles
- Monday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,789 Steps | 12.61 Miles
- Tuesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,779 Steps | 9.91 Miles
- Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,323 Steps | 12.45 Miles
- Thursday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,444 Steps | 11.93 Miles
Wednesday was my first 5K for September (3.4 miles).
- Total steps for the week: 152,897 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 84.99 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
