  • Saturday --  One walk. 8,160 Steps | 4.51 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 20,136 Steps | 11.13 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,344 Steps | 12.39 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,281 Steps | 8.53 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,319 Steps | 12.38 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  20,800 Steps | 11.61 Miles

  • Total steps for the week: 131,707 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 73.13 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
