A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

December 30th - January 5th:

  • Friday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,466 Steps | 9.1 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn 17,800  Steps | 9.84 Miles
  • Sunday --   Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  16,375 Steps | 9.05 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 18,211 Steps | 10.06 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,829 Steps | 8.75 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,712 Steps | 8.68 Miles 
  • Thursday --  One walk. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 10,874 Steps | 6.01 Miles 

Another snow storm. You can probably guess which day. :P

  • Total miles for the week: 61.49 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 266 Minutes
