Fri - Thurs:

  • Friday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,748 Steps | 9.81 Miles
  • Saturday --  One walk. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,104 Steps | 6.13 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,774 Steps | 9.31 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 17,796 Steps | 9.83 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 35  minutes of Daily Burn. 16,909 Steps | 9.35 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,004 Steps | 8.29 Miles 
  • Thursday --  One walk.  8,953 Steps | 4.95 Miles 



  • Total steps for the week: 104,288 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 57.67 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 245 Minutes
