Here's what you do:
1- Take the graphic (left) to use on your post. Remember to give credit to the original host (TBQ).
2- Choose your own book cover that you've fallen in "lust" with in the past week. It can be new, old, a reprint, or even a book that is not yet out-- it's all up to you! If you find a cover that catches your eye, then showcase it on your blog, and let others see the pretty covers out there.
3- Copy the direct link to your own L4C post into the comment section on my post (when in doubt, use this link and then scroll down to find the post), and allow others to come and see what you picked!
4- Besides posting the picture of the book cover you chose, it's nice to provide the book summary, title, author, or a website link for the book. It's not required, but it can help you readers' to add more books to their own list! A brief "Why I choose this cover" is also appreciated, but not required.
NOTE: PLEASE link back to my blog (http://tbqspersonalbookpalace.blogspot.com) somewhere in your post, letting viewers know that it is my meme, not something you are trying to call your own. Failing to do so, with the intent of actually calling this your own work, will result in trouble! I hate threatening, but really, is it so hard to post a link that says "This meme is hosted by TBQ."? Link love is great, and actually quite easy-- please use it!

Here's my candidate for the week:
Author: Becca Fitzpatrick
Publisher/Publication Date: Simon & Schuster Children's Publishing (November 16, 2010)
Summary (Amazon):
The sequel to the New York Times Best selling phenomenon, Hush, Hush!
Nora should have know her life was far from perfect. Despite starting a relationship with her guardian angel, Patch (who, title aside, can be described anything but angelic), and surviving an attempt on her life, things are not looking up. Patch is starting to pull away and Nora can't figure out if it's for her best interest or if his interest has shifted to her arch-enemy Marcie Millar. Not to mention that Nora is haunted by images of her father and she becomes obsessed with finding out what really happened to him that night he left for Portland and never came home.
The farther Nora delves into the mystery of her father's death, the more she comes to question if her Nephilim blood line has something to do with it as well as why she seems to be in danger more than the average girl. Since Patch isn't answering her questions and seems to be standing in her way, she has to start finding the answers on her own. Relying too heavily on the fact that she has a guardian angel puts Nora at risk again and again. But can she really count on Patch or is he hiding secrets darker than she can even imagine?
Why?
Even though I wasn't as enthused with Hush, Hush as I had originally anticipated, I did enjoy the book, and look forward to the sequel, Crescendo. The cover is lovely, dramatic yet simply, and grabs your attention. Maybe not like Hush, Hush's, which, of course, had the shirtless Patch front-and-center, but still... :D
What cover are you currently lusting for? Tell me, I want to know! Follow the directions above on how to post your own Lusting for Covers, and leave a comment telling me what you think of Crescendo's cover.

I'm so sorry that I've been missing for so long-- my college classes have really taken up all my time, and even my reading, which you know I love dearly, has suffered greatly from it. I hope to be back and posting often by the end of this month or so, when most of my classes end, but I can't make any set-in-stone promises right now. :)
I hope everyone understands, and please know that if I have not yet reviewed the many books I received a few months ago, it's not because I am ignoring them, I simply have not had the time to read much outside of the textbooks and required readings for class, though I wish it were otherwise. I am going to work through those as soon as I possibly can!
Also, if I've been falling behind on comments, visiting your blogs, (especially for those of you that participate in L4C), I appologize-- I do not mean to do so. I try to keep up with most of them, but lately I've been falling farther and farther behind. Last week, I almost didn't even get the Sunday L4C posted last week. In fact, the only reason I've been able to keep up (sort of) with the L4C's every week is due to the life saving "scheduled post" option.
Know that I will be back--- with more reviews, posts, and even a few contests--- as soon as I can. I miss the blog, and reading for pleasure (textbooks = boring, FYI), but until my classes end for the semester, this is the way it will have to be.
Enjoy!
Until Next Time,
