I found some of your comments very interesting! Seems like most of you enjoy series novels, but there were a few that stood up for the stand alone books (no pun intended!) I have to say, while I love series, and that's what I mostly read myself, there are the exceptions. Sometimes, a stand alone works better, sometimes a long series does. It all just depends, I think, on the story and the author. Either way, if it's good, I'll read it! :D
