Misbehaving by Tiffany Reisz
Publisher: Cosmo Red Hot Reads from Harlequin (February 11, 2014)
Genre: Contemporary Erotica
Wanted: Adventurous, open-minded man willing to try anything…
As a popular sex blogger, Beatriz gets paid to have orgasms. So being on deadline the week of her sister’s wedding isn’t as rough as it sounds. There’s just one hitch: Bea’s assignment is to write a review of a sex position manual, but she doesn’t have a plus one to play with.
The good news: Ben, the one who got away back in college, is also attending stag--and he's as temptingly gorgeous as ever.
The bad news: Ben turned down Bea’s offer of graduation night sex five years ago.
The best news: He’s not planning on making the same mistake twice.

A red-hot retelling of Much Ado About Nothing for people who love Shakespeare but thought his plays could use a few more sex scenes.

My Review:
Tiffany Reisz is not an author that everyone will love. It's
the truth; her books are not for everyone, as they are kinky, dark and very
sexy. I'm a fan, though, and while Misbehaving is not my favorite
book of hers, I still very much enjoyed it!
Unlike Reisz's Original Sinners series, this quickie is more
on the playful-sexy side. It was refreshing, since I know how wicked her other
books are, how dark and gritty (that's a compliment, Ms. Reisz!).
My only complaint is the length and the lack of emotional
connection. Unlike with her full length novels, I didn't feel the connection
between the characters in this novella, nor did I feel like I truly knew any of
them. Then again, this is common with many novellas, regardless of the author,
and as I've said before I am picky when it comes to novellas.
With plenty of dry wit and fun sexual explorations, Misbehaving
is a hot read that is sure to please.
3 1/2 STARS!

Have you read Tiffany Reisz before? I love her Original Sinners series, though, as I said, her novels are not for every reader. :)
Do you read any of the Cosmo Red Hot Reads? Do you have a favorite?
Enjoy!

Very true about the novellas. It's hard to find one that hits all the right spots in the length. Still it sounds like a fun one for a quickie! I haven't tried her before but know quite a few who love her books.
Oh, it was, very much had a rom-com feel to it, but very sexy! :) I would say if you want to try her work, go with this one first. Then, if curious to see how her darker books are, move on to them. :D Right now I'm reading The Prince from her Original Sinners, and loving it. Not sure if I will do a full review, but I'll probably do a mini one next month.
Enjoy!

I've had the Original Sinners on the tbr list pretty much since they came out. lol I like those dark ones. Just the darn tbr pile is way to blasted long and it takes me ages to get to them.
*nod* Yep, I know how that goes! Well, I hope one day soon you get a chance to start them!
