There's just something about this cover that grabbed me. It's simple, in many ways, but the pose of the two men . . . Oh, I want to read! As you may recall, I've only recently started reading some M/M romances myself, so I'm putting this one on my list to try. even without a blurb.

Have you read this author before?

Kame's Pick

Once Tasted by Laura Moore
Publisher: Ballantine Books (May 27, 2014)
Series: Silver Creek, 2
Genre: Contemporary Romance

Three siblings, an extraordinary family, a lasting heritage—in the irresistible Silver Creek Ranch trilogy, they’ll fight for the land and the people they love.
Everything has come easily to Reid Knowles, the middle son of a California ranching family. But his charmed life is suddenly complicated when his good friend and neighbor asks him to help run the winery next door. His neighbor’s niece, Mia Bodell, is in charge—and she has made it clear that she’d rather be roped to a steer than to Reid Knowles. Never one to back down from a challenge, Reid vows to win her trust.
Her life marked by loss, Mia knows that nothing comes easily—love included. In high school, her heart was crushed by Reid, and even though years have passed, the hurt lingers. Mia is achingly aware that the teen heartthrob has matured into a devastatingly handsome playboy, and the budding winemaker refuses to let down her guard. But one taste of unbridled passion changes things. From Reid’s first intoxicating kiss to his unexpectedly tender seduction, Mia is swept into a passionate affair that could tear her heart to pieces . . . or give her everything she has ever wanted.

Kame: Oh Lordy!

I do have a thing for cowboy books – this cover is just amazing.
I might have to buy this book to just rip off the cover and frame it for my office!

TBQ: Hehe -- I agree, that would definitely improve any office! :) Or cause more distractions . . . LOL

What cover are you currently lusting for? Tell me, I want to know! Follow the directions above on how to post your own Lusting for Covers, and leave a comment telling me what you think of the cover for  Seth and Greyson and Once Tasted?

Lovely covers this week. I personally haven't read any of Jessica's books or Laura. I'm glad Kame pick a hot guy with chest showing cause this week I went with a pretty dress.

:) See, we all contribute -- you've got the pretty dress, Kame found the hot cowboy, and I brought up the sweet man-on-man action. :D Diversity, it's awesome!

I just love Moore's covers, they are so sexy, and you know how I feel about those sexy cowboys.

The_Book_Queen said...

They are very hard to resist, aren't they? :)

The first cover is very sweet and touching, the second completely sexy ! I read "the secret of Ella and Micha" by J. Sorensen, but it was too YA for me :)

The_Book_Queen said...

That's partly why I have been hesitant to try her books; I still read some YA, but I have to connect with the characters, and if they start acting too, well, YA, like you said, then I'm out.
