#FitReaders: 2015 Goals


I hope everyone had a lovely New Year's Eve!

A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

My 2015 FitReaders Goals:
  • Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day
  • 35 "very active" minutes of walking/exercising each day
  • Commit to daily squats, crunches and other exercises
  • Keep track of what I eat and think about if I'm really hungry for it! 
  • Lose 20 pounds by the end of 2015 

As it is, I've been walking my dogs twice a day faithfully for the past year, and that's helped but when I started back as a full-time student a few months ago, my eating habits, well they went to shit and the walking is not enough to balance that out!

I'll be posting updates throughout the month. Don't worry, they won't interfere with the reviews and author posts!

Good luck Danielle! I would love to join, but because of my arthritis I have to stick to yoga or Pilates. I just rejoined WW, so here's hoping we have some success!
