#FitReaders: Weekly Check-In

A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

#FitReaders is hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog  and That’s What I’m Talking About. Interested in joining? Find out more HERE

January 30th - February 5th:

  • Nothing much to share this week; I did my twice daily dog walks each day, but did not get any extra walks in. Busy week for me and my friend, our schedules just didn't match up and allow for it.
  • And . . . no, I did not stick to my goal of starting the crunches, etc, back up. *sigh* This week, for sure, no excuses. I'll start by doing them tonight, in fact.

  • Total steps for the week: 75,417
  • Total miles for the week: 33.37
  • Weight: Up 0.4 pound

If you use FitBit, you can find me HERE. Let's make 2015 our year to get fit! :)

Well, it's winter, it's cold outside, everybody wants to hibernate and not do any sport, so it's understandable. Do you need any kicking to get you started ? ;)

LOL I may need a kick to get started -- I totally didn't do it Friday like I said. Oops. And now it's Sunday. Double oops..

You did great this week! It is hard when schedules don't match but you still got in a lot of steps. I need to do crunches too but keep putting them off. But my goal is no more excuses so I'll start them tonight. Thanks for reminding me and have a great week!

:) It's all about reminding one another and motivating each other! Hope you have a great week, too, Kathy!

That's really good! Two thumbs up for dog motivation! I probably wouldn't leave my house some days if it wasn't for them lol
