February 20th - 26th:
- Friday -- Two dog walks. 10,743 Steps
- Saturday -- One dog walk. 10,475 Steps
- Sunday -- Two dog walks. 15 each: crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,624 Steps
- Monday -- Two dog walks. 10,587 Steps
- Tuesday -- Two dog walks. 15 each: crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 11,187 Steps
- Wednesday -- Two dog walks. 10,521 Steps
- Thursday -- Two dog walks. 15 Each; crunches, squats, jumping jacks. 10,499 Steps
I didn't get any extra walks with my friend (schedules didn't match up again), but I still managed to reach my 10K step goal. Only 3 days of other exercises, but next week I will do 4 days, minimum!
- Total steps for the week: 74,636 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 33.02 Miles
- Weight: No Change

ReplyDeleteI don't know where I'd be with the two pups -- not walking nearly as much, I'm sure. They got me into the habit, and while I love it, they also KEEP me in the habit. :D
