- Saturday -- One dog walk. 9,716 Steps
- Sunday -- Two dog walks. 20 each: jumping jacks, squats, and crunches. 10,906 Steps
- Monday -- Two dog walks. 11,160 Steps
- Tuesday -- Two dog walks. 10,479 Steps
- Wednesday -- Two dog walks. 20 each: jumping jacks, squats, and crunches. 10,574 Steps
- Thursday -- Two dog walks. 20 each: jumping jacks, squats, and crunches. 10,984 Steps
- Total steps for the week: 74,762 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 33.09 Miles
- Weight: No Change
