May 8th - 14th:

  • Friday -- Two walks. 11,886 Steps | 5.26 Miles
  • Saturday -- Two walks. 10,401 Steps | 4.60 Miles
  • Sunday -- Two walks. 11,302 Steps | 5.00 Miles
  • Monday -- Two walks. 12,163 Steps | 5.38 Miles
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 11,908 Steps | 5.27 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 11,502 Steps | 5.09 Miles
  • Thursday -- Two walks. 11,483 Steps | 5.08 Miles

  • Total steps for the week: 80,645 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 35.68 Miles

Not my best week, since I didn't add in any exercise besides the walking. I'll have to get back on track next week.

I am in awe of the step count!! How long are your walks? Do you find you have to do the walks to get the steps in, or are you busy throughout the day?

Each walk is usually 2 miles, give or take. Usually I'm fairly active between the walks, and most nights I end up chasing the pup and his toy around the house to get a few extra steps in. :)
