- Monday -- Two walks. 31 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,929 Steps | 5.28 Miles
- Tuesday -- Two walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn. 11,711 Steps | 5.18 Miles
- Wednesday -- Three walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,550 Steps | 6.88 Miles
- Thursday -- Three walks. 31 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,666 Steps | 6.93 Miles
- Total steps for the week: 86,378 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 38.21 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 173 Minutes
