  • Saturday -- Two walks. 9,862 Steps | 4.36 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --  Two walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn.  9,679 Steps |  4.28 Miles
  • Monday --  Two walks. 31 minutes of Daily Burn.  11,929 Steps | 5.28 Miles
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn.  11,711 Steps | 5.18 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 28 minutes of Daily Burn.  15,550 Steps | 6.88 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks.  31 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,666 Steps | 6.93 Miles 




  • Total steps for the week: 86,378 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 38.21 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 173 Minutes
