A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

June 26th - July 2nd:

  • Friday --  Two walks. 23 minutes of Daily Burn. 12,826 Steps | 5.67 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks.  11,237 Steps | 4.97 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Two walks. 24 minutes of Daily Burn.  12,459 Steps | 5.51 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks.  32 minutes of Daily Burn.  13,164 Steps | 5.82 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.   23 minutes of Daily Burn.  12,787 Steps | 5.66 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 24 minutes of Daily Burn.  13,953 Steps | 6.17 Miles
  • Thursday --  Two walks.  32 minutes of Daily Burn. 12,923 Steps | 5.72 Miles 


More steps/miles lately, thanks to almost daily yard work. Plus a new level of Daily Burn this week, which I'm still enjoying, even as I curse it during the workout. :)


  • Total steps for the week: 89,349 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 39.52 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 158 Minutes

I am so sure something was wrong with my fitreaders when I had it, I had to walk for 2 hours for those numbers 0_0

Well the step counts are from the entire day, including 1.5 hours of dog walking. :)

I'm a bit behind on my blog visits... this looks like another great week! I had a "rest day" this week and only had 5,800 steps. Having a dog does a lot for your step count!!
