[Kame's Review]: "Loving Lilly"

Loving Lilly by J.M. Madden
Publisher: J.M. Madden (June 23, 2015)
Series: Lost and Found, 4.5
Genre: Contemporary Romance

Diego Ortiz has too many demons to fight to even consider taking on a relationship. But when socialite and former model Lilly Carmichael needs his help, he’s right there to lend her a hand. Proximity forces him to acknowledge that he needs to be with her and when they finally give in, it’s a revelation to them both.

Lilly Carmichael sees the real man Diego is, though he tries to discourage her. Angry and secluded he tries to shove her away but she hopes that if she’s persistent enough, he’ll bend.

As she’s dragged into a situation she has to fight against, he’s right there supporting her, being the man that she had hoped for.

The Lost and Found Series (0.5-2) -- Kame

Kame's Review:

Diego is a character fans of the Lost and Found series will remember as the man Griff's credits with saving Kendall's life. The last we see him he is in a Halo brace and on the long road to recovery. Lilly is Kendall's best friend and has decided that she needed to come back home to Vail.

Diego is a guy with a rough past who got his life together to only have it blown up. Nobody ever told him that love doesn't care about social class; and thankfully Lilly knows that lesson. She is patient far past when I would be and in the end she is rewarded with the best kind of love.

I really like the vibe of the Vail LNF books. They have a different feel that than the others and the heroes and heroines are just a tad bit younger. The plots are different. The men of LNF are just building their Vail office and no job is too small.

I went on a LNF reading binge and caught up on the series - I bought this book for my collection and I am anxiously awaiting the next installment.

4 STARS!

Thanks for the review, Kame! :) Love this cover, by the way. I'll have to look into this series, I know you've recommended it before.

Have you read J.M. Madden? Do you have a favorite of hers?

Enjoy!
