  • Saturday --  Two walks.  11,366 Steps | 5.03 Miles [DB Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Two walks.  38 minutes of Daily Burn.  12,861 Steps |  5.69 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks.  28 minutes of Daily Burn.  13,274 Steps |  5.87 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.   33 minutes of Daily Burn.  16,381 Steps |  7.25 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks.  19 minutes of Stretching  14,144 Steps | 6.26 Miles [DB Rest day]
  • Thursday --  Two walks.  32 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,618 Steps | 6.91 Miles 







  • Total steps for the week:  98,415 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 43.55 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 183 Minutes
