- Tuesday -- Two walks. 33 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,381 Steps | 7.25 Miles
- Wednesday -- Two walks. 19 minutes of Stretching 14,144 Steps | 6.26 Miles [DB Rest day]
- Thursday -- Two walks. 32 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,618 Steps | 6.91 Miles
- Total steps for the week: 98,415 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 43.55 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 183 Minutes
