- Friday -- Two walks. 52 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,788 Steps | 6.54 Miles
- Saturday -- Two walks. 11,276 Steps | 4.99 Miles [Rest day]
- Sunday -- Two walks. 46 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,076 Steps | 6.67 Miles
- Monday -- Two walks. 43 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,333 Steps | 7.23 Miles
- Tuesday -- Two walks. 52 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,084 Steps | 7.12 Miles
- Wednesday -- Two walks. 20 minutes of Stretching. 16,871 Steps | 7.46 Miles [DB Rest Day]
- Thursday -- Two walks. 46 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,941 Steps | 7.06 Miles
Since classes start Monday for me, I'm not sure yet if that will affect my workouts. I guess time will tell!
- Total steps for the week: 106.369 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 47.07 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 259 Minutes
