A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

September 4th - 10th:

  • Friday --  Two walks. 52 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,618 Steps | 6.91 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks.  12,010 Steps | 5.31 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Two walks. 46 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,866 Steps | 7.46 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks.  34 minutes of Daily Burn. 18,792 Steps | 8.31 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.  43 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,571 Steps | 6.89 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 19 minutes of Stretching. 13,470 Steps | 5.96 Miles [DB Rest Day]
  • Thursday --  Two walks.  52 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,217 Steps | 6.29 Miles 

(Monday's high step/miles was due to 3 hours of picking up the yard for the fall and loading up yard waste to go to the dump.)

  • Total steps for the week: 106,544 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 47.13 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 246 Minutes
