  • Friday --  Two walks.  46 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,734 Steps | 7.4 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 9,507 Steps | 4.21 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Two walks.  41 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,555 Steps | 6.44 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,388 Steps | 6.81 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.  38 minutes of Daily Burn.  13,777 Steps | 6.1 Miles
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 33 minutes of yoga.  13,093 Steps | 5.79 Miles [DB Rest Day]
  • Thursday --  Two walks.  41 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,478 Steps | 6.85 Miles 






  • Total steps for the week:  98,573 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 43.62 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 234 Minutes
