- Friday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,564 Steps | 7.33 Miles
- Saturday -- Two walks. 10,933 Steps | 4.84 Miles [Rest day]
- Sunday -- Two walks. 38 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,772 Steps | 6.54 Miles
- Monday -- Two walks. 41 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,138 Steps | 6.7 Miles
- Tuesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,359 Steps | 6.8 Miles
- Wednesday -- Two walks. 33 minutes of Yoga. 13,125 Steps | 5.81 Miles [DB Rest Day]
- Thursday -- Two walks. 38 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,252 Steps | 6.31 Miles
Last Friday's higher mileage was from a bonus walk along a short hiking trail in my mountains. I took some pictures, which many of you may have seen on my Twitter account. :) I need to do that more often. I forgot how quiet and peaceful it is, even more so than my small town walks.

- Total miles for the week: 44.33 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 220 Minutes
