A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

May 13th -19th:

  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,869 Steps | 13.94 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 11,124 Steps | 6.21 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  25,221 Steps | 14.18 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  23,052 Steps | 12.84 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Three walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,058 Steps | 13.48 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,195 Steps | 14.13 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,265 Steps | 13.63 Miles 


Wednesday was my 3rd 5K for May. Usual 3.59 miles (though my tracker only counted 3.5 of it...) but cut my time down to 43 minutes for an average pace of 12 minutes, 29 seconds. Yes, I was sweating and tired by the end. Also a bit sunburned because hello fair skin.





  • Total steps for the week: 157,784 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 88.41 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
