A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

May 27th - June 2nd:

  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25.694 Steps | 14.41 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 12,860 Steps | 7.14 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,812 Steps | 13.93 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  23,820 Steps | 13.51 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Three walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,580 Steps |  13.79 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  24,497 Steps | 13.85 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,894 Steps | 13.96 Miles 

Wednesday was my first 5K for June. 3.74 in 46:45.

  • Total steps for the week: 161,157 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 90.59 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
