- Saturday -- Two walks. 10,247 Steps | 5.67 Miles [Rest day]
- Sunday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,363 Steps | 14.05 Miles
- Monday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,548 Steps | 14.18 Miles
- Tuesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,222 Steps | 13.56 Miles
- Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 26,367 Steps | 14.61 Miles
- Thursday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,569 Steps | 13.58 Miles
Sunday was my third 5K for July (3.26 miles).
Wednesday was my fourth 5K for July (3.26 miles).
- Total steps for the week: 161,074 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 89.35 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
