A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

July 1st - 7th:

  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 24,618 Steps | 13.74 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 11,109 Steps | 6.17 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 23,251  Steps | 12.99 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,321 Steps | 14.17 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Three walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn.  23,772 Steps | 13.2 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 25,033 Steps | 13.9 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  22,755 Steps | 12.64 Miles 


Sunday was my first 5K for July (3.36 miles).

Wednesay was my second 5K for July (3.2 miles).

  • Total steps for the week: 155,859 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 86.81 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
