September 23rd - 29th:

  • Friday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  22,351 Steps | 12.38 Miles
  • Saturday --  One walk. 9,877 Steps | 5.46 Miles [Rest day]
  • Sunday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,306 Steps | 12.37 Miles
  • Monday --   Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,571 Steps | 11.98 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks.  35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,341 Steps | 9.09 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,633 Steps | 12.04 Miles
  • Thursday --  Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  22,040 Steps | 12.36 Miles 

Sunday was my 4th 5K for September (3.2 miles).

Wednesday was my 5th 5K for September (3.2 miles).

  • Total steps for the week: 136,119 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 75.68 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
