- Saturday -- One walk. 9,877 Steps | 5.46 Miles [Rest day]
- Sunday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,306 Steps | 12.37 Miles
- Monday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,571 Steps | 11.98 Miles
- Tuesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 16,341 Steps | 9.09 Miles
- Wednesday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 21,633 Steps | 12.04 Miles
- Thursday -- Three walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 22,040 Steps | 12.36 Miles
Sunday was my 4th 5K for September (3.2 miles).
Wednesday was my 5th 5K for September (3.2 miles).
- Total steps for the week: 136,119 Steps
- Total miles for the week: 75.68 Miles
- Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
