A new year, new goals. And this year I'm participating in FitReaders to help get in shape.

December 16th - 22nd:

  • Friday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 14,408 Steps | 7.98 Miles
  • Saturday --  Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn.  19,697 Steps | 10.89 Miles 
  • Sunday --   One walk. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 9,003 Steps | 4.99 Miles
  • Monday --   Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,714 Steps | 8.68 Miles 
  • Tuesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 13,754 Steps | 7.6 Miles 
  • Wednesday -- Two walks. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 15,872 Steps | 8.77 Miles 
  • Thursday --  One walk. 35 minutes of Daily Burn. 12,275 Steps | 6.78 Miles 



7 inches of snow when I woke up Saturday. Needless to say my walks are getting cut shorter and shorter. *sigh*

But I also had to get rid of said snow on Saturday, so that helped.

Icy roads = shorter walks.

Thursday was a day of shopping and holiday prep.

  • Total steps for the week: 100,723 Steps
  • Total miles for the week: 55.69 Miles
  • Total DB minutes for the week: 210 Minutes
